what is 'partnership'?
Partnership (often called church membership) is a formal relationship between a local church and a Jesus follower. In the New Testament, Christians are always recognized as belonging to a specific church community where their discipleship growth is both affirmed and strengthened in the care of that church and its leaders. At Fair Oaks Church, we follow this model.
Our church is more than a platform for preaching and furthering the gospel—we’re a community of believers. It is through the local church that God desires the Christian life to be lived out. Church partnership is for all believers, but for believers only. While you could remain a guest of Fair Oaks or even a regular attendee of our weekend services, the real value begins with intentional partnership.
