Missions & outreach

Is God calling you to serve Jesus on a mission trip in 2027? Trip applications for team leaders and team members are open! Submit your application by or before November 30 to be considered for a trip in 2027. We have plans to send a team to Malawi, Africa (June 17-July 4) and a team to La Esperanza, Mexico (July 24-31). Fill out the online application below. Contact Patsy with questions.

You are invited to a special screening of the brand new Miqlat documentary! Please join us on Sunday October 25th at 12pm in the Family Life Center. We will have lunch, watch the documentary (about 30 minutes) and there will be an opportunity to get more information about Miqlat as well as child sponsorship. Mark your calendars, invite your friends, and let's celebrate what God is doing in Malawi!

Operation Christmas Child delivers great joy and the Good News of Jesus Christ to children in need around the world through gift-filled shoeboxes. Pick up an empty shoebox in the lobby and return filled by November 8. Include $10 per shoebox to cover evangelism materials, shipping and other project costs.
You can also build a Shoebox online for $30 without leaving home! Click on the link below.

You can help our community by volunteering at the Orangevale-Fair Oaks Food Bank! As a church, we're committed to helping distribute food on a monthly basis. We need ~15 volunteers from 9am-12:30pm on the second Friday of each month.
Upcoming Dates:
October 9
November 13
December 11

On the second Sunday of most months, we collect food to help supply our local food banks and support our neighbors in need. Thank you for your generosity and for caring for our neighbors! Bring non-perishable food donations during Sunday services to the lobby of the Worship Center (designated drop off spot near balcony stairs).

NOTE: We typically do a special Thanksgiving food drive in November to collect specific items we use to put together boxes for local families that include all ingredients and items needed for Thanksgiving dinner.

Become a sponsor to help children and young adults in rural Malawi. This program creates access to a new quality of life and expands opportunities for flourishing instead of just surviving. Sponsors give $50 per child per month. This provides high quality education (at Miqlat Primary School, Private Secondary School or Trade School), uniforms and all necessary school supplies, daily nutritious meals, access to quality healthcare, sustainable agricultural techniques, life-giving spiritual discipleship.

We believe in supporting and serving our local community in addition to reaching the ends of the earth.

We support missionaries and agencies doing God's work
in spreading the Gospel all around the world!
